The qualifications you need to be eligible for a new and free wireless phone in 2012.The company is called Safelink Wireless that has a service called lifeline. Lifeline is a government supported program that offers a wireless phone to low income families. The program is only available in over 30 states so far;
Safelink Wireless Lifeline service is powered by Tracfone that offers free perks with your government phone. No contract,No cost or fees and you get 250 minutes a month for free.
