The first lady Michelle Obama does gardening on Sesame Street 40th anniversary. In the video Michelle shows the Kids,Elmo and Big Bird how to plant vegetable seeds like cucumbers,carrots,tomatoes and lettuce. Also the first Lady mentioned to grow healthy and eat nice fresh veggies from the garden.

Overall” I think its a good idea to grow your own vegetables to save money and eat healthy. The White House currently has a Garden with all kinds of veggies. The episode could encourage many people to start growing there own gardening.”

This new garden was planted with the help of local elementary school children and has yielded a constant supply fresh produce for the First Family and White House events.
