Katharine McPhee is getting ready to launched her 2nd studio album “Unbroken”. The song list consist of 13 tracks plus a DVD. The Unbroken LP will not be released until January 5,2010. The former American Idol runner up from season 5 first leading single is “Had It All” which hit the radio stations in mid September. The next 2 singles off the CD is “Say Goodbye” and “Lifetime” have not yet hit the airwaves.

The 25 year old singer and actor is set to have a fresh start; by changing record labels from RCA to Verve Forecast Records. She also changed her style and hair color to blonde. However I think it was a good idea to postponed her album to early January 2010; considering the ldol winners from last year are dropping their albums in November and December. Timing is the key to the music industry.

It was a little confusing for me and this last year I spent a lot of time discovering that. It’s real discovery and the hardships that I went through and trying to discover musically who I am in a more grown up perspective.
