DJ Hero a turntablism dynamic new game that was unleashed in late October 2009. The huge song list consist of over 100 tracks in all music categories. The music video game was formulated by FreeStyleGames and distribute by Activison that marketed; as having similarities of the popular hit game Guitar Hero. The adventurous game features of DJ Hero has a turntable as the game controller; crossfading,scratching and effects between songs to score points with a exciting virtual crowds. The plus side of the DJ Hero its unique feature where you can play with another person using a Guitar Hero guitar controller. Wow!

The turntable controller that Activision has released with DJ Hero, which includes a rotatable turntable and three “stream” buttons, a crossfader, effects dial, and Euphoria button. With a large collection of music genres which include pop,rock,R&B,hip hop,techno and many other genres. Top artist like Eminem and Jay-Z have been seen in a few cameos.

Also popular DJ’s like DJ Shadow, DJ AM,J.Period, Cut Chemist, Z-Trip, Grandmaster Flash,Daft Punk and DJ Jazzy Jeff contribute.
